About UpFork

UpFork is one catalog for the building blocks of a software product. Components and landing pages are React and Tailwind CSS code that goes straight into your project with the shadcn CLI. Full-stack projects, apps, desktop software and scripts are finished software you download, run and change.

Everything in it is made by developers who sell on UpFork, and by UpFork itself. Plenty of it is free; the rest is priced in USDT.

• Look before you take. Components and landing pages run in a live preview on their own page, in light and dark, at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
• One command to install. npx shadcn@latest add @upfork/<name> brings a component and what it depends on into your project, using your personal CLI token.
• Downloads you can check. Everything else ships as versioned releases, each file with its SHA-256 checksum, through private links that last ten minutes.
• An account to use them. Anyone can browse and try the previews; using a product, even a free one, takes a free account.

Developers apply from the Sell page. Before anyone sells, UpFork looks at their work, and they prove that a GitHub account or a website is theirs. Each developer has a public profile: what they build, their skills and experience, and their products.

Developers’ releases are reviewed before buyers get them, and every uploaded file is scanned for malware. Live previews run in a sandbox on an origin of their own, so they can’t reach the site or anyone’s account.

Every product shows its license on its page: UpFork’s Standard License, or an open-source one such as MIT. Licenses explains what each one lets you do.
