Fees

• Every USDT transfer on TRON costs a network fee, paid in TRX by the wallet that sends it, or taken by your exchange as its withdrawal fee. It goes to the network or the exchange, never to UpFork, and it isn’t part of the price.
• If your exchange takes its fee out of the amount you send, less than the price arrives. The order then asks for the rest, which you send the same way.
• Receiving USDT costs nothing, so a developer pays no fee on a sale. Moving USDT on from a wallet later costs the usual network fee, as it does anywhere.

Applying, publishing and the developer panel are free: no listing fee, no monthly fee, no fee per product. Free products cost you nothing either, since nothing is sold.

UpFork's share is 20%, taken as whole sales: 1 of every 5 sales of each product, starting with the first, is paid to UpFork's wallet, and every other sale straight to yours, in full.

• Why whole sales. UpFork never holds your money, so it can’t take a cut out of each payment. Instead some sales are paid to UpFork’s wallet, and every other sale reaches yours whole, at once.
• Each product counts on its own, and only paid orders count, so a cheap product never takes an expensive one’s turn.
• Your rate. UpFork can set a different rate for a developer or for one product. Yours, the turns so far and each product’s next sales are in Developer panel → UpFork’s share. An order keeps the rate it was placed at.
• Prices. You change a product’s price freely until 48 hours after it’s first published, as long as nobody has ordered it. After that a new price is a request UpFork approves, so a price can’t drop just before UpFork’s turn and rise again after it.

• There are no payouts to wait for. Buyers pay your wallet directly, so a sale is yours as soon as TRON confirms it, about a minute after it’s sent.
• No payout fee, no minimum to reach, and nothing held back.
• Selling a paid product takes a TRC-20 wallet of your own, set in Developer panel → Wallet. Changing it takes your password.

• Payments go wallet to wallet and can’t be reversed. UpFork keeps no private keys and never holds a developer’s money, so it can’t refund what was paid to a developer.
• Anything paid above the price stays in the wallet it reached: only that wallet’s owner can send it back.
• USDT sent on another network, any other token, or to another address never reaches the order’s wallet and can’t be recovered. You accept this before you order.
• A transfer sent before the order was placed doesn’t count by itself: ask the seller, who can credit it to the order.

The share and the plans’ prices on this page are read from UpFork’s settings, so they’re always what applies. An order keeps the price and the rate it was placed at: a change applies to orders placed after it.
