Terms
The rules for using UpFork: your account, buying and paying, plans, what you may do with what you get, selling, and what we're responsible for.
Last updated
UpFork (upfork.dev) is run by Ramin Valadan (“we”). These terms are the agreement between you and us whenever you use UpFork: the site, its registry for the shadcn CLI, its downloads and its MCP server for AI assistants. By using UpFork you accept them, along with the privacy policy and the license on each product you take.
What the license on its page allows. Most products here come with the UpFork Standard License: use them in as many personal and commercial projects as you like and change them however you need, but don’t resell or share them on their own, or as part of a kit, template or library whose point is the product itself. Others are open source. See Licenses.
You can stop using UpFork at any time, and have your account deleted by writing to support@upfork.dev. Closing an account doesn’t take back the licenses of products paid for, unless it was closed for fraud or for breaking a license.
When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and we say so on the site or by e-mail when the change matters. Going on using UpFork after that means you accept the new terms.
Write to support@upfork.dev about an order, an account or these terms, and to info@upfork.dev about anything else.
