The shadcn CLI drops a worker file's reference to TypeScript's webworker lib, so the buyer's build fails

What happened

installed with the real shadcn CLI (4.21) into a fresh Next.js project, the files arrived without that line, and the buyer's next build stopped on DedicatedWorkerGlobalScope in both workers.

The fix

each worker types its scope by what it uses (postMessage), with no lib at all, so it type-checks in any project.
