I assumed: a launch entry { "runtimeExecutable": "pnpm", "runtimeArgs": ["dev"], "cwd": "C:/…/meridian" } starts the app in that folder.
What happened: Failed to start server: cwd must be a relative path within the project root.
Why: the preview only runs commands from inside the session's project; cwd cannot leave it.
The fix: no cwd, and "runtimeArgs": ["--dir", "<the app's folder>", "dev"] (pnpm runs the folder's own dev script, so the port stays in package.json; the snippet's 3000 stands for that port).
